hello hello!This post is regarding
CIP. I have been scouting for CIP programmes for the past few days and mailed some organizations. So far, i have only received a reply from
Loving Heart Jurong Central. Basically, this organization wants youth volunteers to participate in their
tuition programs and fundraising events or even some ad hoc activity for example having a group outing with primary school kids. Based on the information that i was provided, there will be a few programmes lined up mainly for the benefit for the kids, like in coming nov, they will have an outdoor event in partnership with other organization to apprectiate their sponsers and people involved for providing so much for the kids acadamically and sports.
After what i've learnt through my
project work on
Angelina Jolie, we must be
more compassionate and be selfless:)As such, the organization would be more than glad if we are able to
participate in their other upcoming projects , which will be launched this
feb 09. This is a "bring-the-schools-together" event, thus would need manpower to ensure it to be sucessful. Many other more exciting events coming up too. This is the link to their website:

Due to response and attitude towards class outings,
Benedict, Thura and I WILL NOT be planning for future class outings, such that technically, the very last class outing which was planned that a WHOLE class will be involved in, will of course, be the class chalet.
Of course, we are not selfish.
When Benedict, Thura and I go on outings as a "threesome"(no pun intended) , invitations will be extended to the class.
If you do not go, it doesnt really matter to us anyway as we don't care,as we still would be able to go as three people.
Of course, we are still not selfish.
Whoever is willing to plan for class outings, we will still go. You have our upmost support.
HUMANITARIAN PROGRAMME for CIP will not be undergoing as the there are no more places or spots to register for this year. There are spots next year, if the class is interested, i WILL try to help you people. But i guess it will not happen as there is only a certain CORE grp of people are WILLING and COMMITTED to go, as definitely there are certain people who are unsupportive and so. Thus it defeats the whole purpose of going as a class.
However, i hope that CIP will still be carried out as a class, because we all need it.
CLASS JERSEY and PULLOVER is open to anyone to anyone who is willing to do it. I do sincerly hope that it will carried out because next year is our last year together and i want something special to commenorate this class.
Again, I am not shrinking on responsibility, i will help the person who is willing to do with ideas or maybe with the previous ideas set on it. I believe that this is a class effort and i hope so because it's something that will stay with us after we graduate.
