DUE TO CONFUSION AND SOME INFO LACKING IN THIS POST,
I'M GOING TO POST THE UPDATED ONE HERE.
AND THE SIMPLIFIED VERSION.

ANNOUCNMENT

REGARDING

THE CLASS CHALET

FROM 11

November to

13 November.

So please take note of the following.

We will be buying food for the steamboat on tues, so those who wants to help, please meet chean fei outside giant at 1.30pm.

If not, meeting time and venue will be:
- 3.45pm
- Pasir Ris MRT station

We won't be waiting for those who are going to be late cuz we're going to catch the 4.15pm bus.

And those who are going later/late, or for those who are going on the second day, here are the timings for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus is at the bus stop near the Mac there.

Food for chalet
1st day:
- Dinner: Steamboat

2nd day:
- Breakfast: Sandwich or thura’s cooking!
- Lunch: Picnic! We will be eating pizza(:
- Dinner: BBQ

3rd day:
- Breakfast: Sandwich again?

I think we should discuss about the class tee too, since there’s hardly a time when the class actually gets together.

Also, please tell either chean fei or baohui if you are meeting her at imm giant, or at pasir ris, or if you are going to the chalet by yourselves. Thank you very much. It will be best if you all can meet at 1.30pm(:

And we would appreciate it very much if those who are NOT staying all 3 nights can tell Baohui if not we won’t know who’s missing at Pasir Ris MRT on Tuesday.

Please tell chean fei or me if you have any food allergies. If you all want to buy anything, please tell us, we will help you all to buy if can, or you just bring them by yourselves. You might have to pay if we help you buy.

Things to bring:
- Clothes (class tee!)
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, etc)
- Medicine
- Sleeping bag?

hello hello 08S24

I have emailed the person in-charge of the youth volunteers @ loving heart and we are close to finalising it. All that's left is for us to come down to the centre for a quick meeting with him(he's called Melvyn by the way) and fill up the volunteer forms. I'd like to know if

those who are interested

are FREE on this coming
